Are you in hockey shape?

Even though summer seems to have ended a bit early this year, we still enjoyed a lot of beautiful days.  So who spent those days working out to keep their body (and mind) in athletic shape?  Always keeping your mind and body working out means a quick return to your hockey timing and endurance.  Don't worry if you spent a little more time relaxing than you had planned.  Here is a quick refresher for your body to get back in shape early in the season.
