Eating for Hockey

The beginning of the hockey season also is the beginning of the school year.  It's a time when schedules change and many meals are just "grab whatever you can" on the way out the door.  This can work as a quick fix for hunger, but an athlete needs to look at a bigger picture for their nutritional and performance needs.
